A mixture of 2 tablespoons of honey, half lemon juice and a little ginger juice in a glass of warm water should be taken once or twice a day. This mixture helps relieve phlegm and sore throat.
You can mix 2 tablespoons of honey in regular warm milk and drink it before going to bed at night.
Eating 1 tablespoon of honey three times a day will reduce cough.
Mix 1 teaspoon of pepper powder and 1 tablespoon of honey in a glass of warm water and drink it twice a day.
